Advisor, HR Information Systems

Role Description Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, learning management, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies. HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems. This job family selects and manages relationships with HRIS vendors, identifies HRIS needs and capabilities, and tests new features of the system as they are implemented. HR Information Systems also processes employee information, maintains employee records and prepares statistical summaries and reports from the HRIS to support management and other internal stakeholders. Responsibilities - Partnering with India Supervisor and team lead on continuous enhancement to the quality assurance/peer to peer review and testing processes - Managing the day to day partnership with Cornerstone; case management, escalations, etc. - In partnership with Strategic Consulting, reviewing opportunities to leverage new technology via Cornerstone releases and through requests from the business - Building strong partnership with the Learning organization (Directors, Learning Business Partners) and Learning Operations team; setting expectations with the Learning Operations team on what needs to be prioritized and executed during their working hours to continue to move requests forward - Mentor and coach peers on the Learning Operations team in India Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred - 4-8 years of experience with Cornerstone Learning Management strongly preferred - Strong consulting and project management experience supporting Cornerstone LMS - Subject matter expert in Cornerstone reporting including experience with calculated fields - Ability to determine requirements, testing needs and timelines with business partners - Experience implementing tools within Cornerstone, comfort with technology and the processes - Learning program design experience as a Learning Business Partner, preferred Requirements - Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects within Cornerstone - Works on complex projects of large scope - Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems within Cornerstone - Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives - Completes work; independently receives general guidance on new projects - Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives - May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues Benefits - Medical, dental and vision coverage - Paid time off plan - Health savings account (HSA) - 401k savings plan - Access to wages before pay day with myFlexPay - Flexible spending accounts (FSAs) - Short- and long-term disability coverage - Work-Life resources - Paid parental leave - Healthy lifestyle programs
