Role Description Acentra Health is looking for a Development Manager to join our growing team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. - 10+ years of software development leadership, as related to job responsibilities. - 3+ years of people management and development leadership experience at large complex organizations (Matrix experience a plus). Requirements - Demonstrated working experience collaborating with cross-functional teams drawing consensus and documenting new standards and processes. - Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, and blended development methodologies experience. - Strong working experience with Jira. - Experience in the healthcare industry. - Knowledge/past working experience of OOP concepts, including at least 1 OOP language (Java preferred). - Managing application development on Java Spring framework. - Various front-end technologies (HTML5, JQuery JavaScript, etc.). - Relational & Non-relational databases. - Good understanding of COTS products (Oracle, Cognos, Oracle E-Business Suite, etc.). - Power BI preferred, or similar metrics reporting tool. - Service-oriented or microservices architecture is strongly preferred. - Expert level experience in Java technologies, APIs and integrations. - Understanding of Healthcare domain with experience in MMIS system is added preference. - Good experience configuring application code on-premise and cloud infrastructure (such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Oracle Cloud, IBM cloud).
