Sustainability Ops Auditor & Coordinator

Role Description The Sustainability Operations Auditor & Coordinator supports the Sustainability Operations Manager in the execution of sustainability audits, monitoring of sustainability initiatives across all CookUnity markets. This role is responsible for ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of sustainability programs at the facility, providing both administrative and operational support to the Sustainability team. Key responsibilities include: - Execute sustainability audits, certifications, and corporate sustainability programs across all markets. - Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for Sustainability Supervisors, providing support, guidance, and follow-up on sustainability operations. - Assist in the implementation and execution of sustainability initiatives across multiple markets and facilities. - Support resource planning and coordination to ensure facilities have the tools, materials, and support necessary to successfully execute Sustainability programs. - Track and monitor the progress of sustainability initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures. - Update and maintain employee work schedules and staffing assignments in Rippling. - Review and approve employee timesheets. - Coordinate purchasing requests for sustainability-related supplies, equipment, and services. - Review, process, and approve invoices through Ramp and other company systems. - Support the administration of the returnable packaging program, including tracking Bills of Lading (BOLs), verifying facility approvals, ensuring timely submission of purchase orders (POs), and maintaining accurate program documentation and records. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in engineer Industrial, medio ambiente y ingeniero en alimento. - 2+ years of experience in Audits, facilities management, sustainability programs, or administrative operations. - Strong organizational and project coordination skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - Experience conducting audits (Food Safety, FSQA, and Quality Standards). - Experience working in multi-site operations. - Knowledge of sustainability, waste management, recycling, composting, or environmental compliance programs. - Experience supporting operational teams across different geographic markets. - Bilingual (Spanish/English).
