• Build and run the Marketing AI enablement motion, including intake, prioritization support, office hours, documentation, training, and cross-functional coordination. • Help teams identify the highest-value AI use cases and shape them into clear briefs, success metrics, and implementation paths. • Partner with all Marketing functions, as well as Analytics, Legal, Procurement, and other cross-functional teams to reduce duplication, remove friction, and keep AI work moving. • Create and maintain a central view of Marketing AI initiatives, including tools, pilots, owners, status, and business impact. • Develop lightweight governance and operating norms that help teams move quickly while staying aligned on privacy, compliance, brand standards, and data use. • Lead education efforts across the org, including trainings, Lunch & Learns, playbooks, and reusable templates. • Support teams in turning pilot work into scalable workflows, repeatable systems, and durable documentation. • Surface insights, adoption trends, and case studies that show where AI is saving time, improving quality, or accelerating launch speed. • Identify overlap across workstreams and recommend when work should be centralized, standardized, or self-serve. • Help build an AI-confident Marketing org that can adopt new tools with clarity and consistency.

Role Description We’re seeking an AI Leadership Facilitator to coordinate and deliver a postgraduate-level online programme in AI Leadership. This role blends academic rigour with applied leadership insight, supporting learners through live sessions, mentorship, and feedback. - Lead and facilitate weekly live online sessions using structured course materials. - Supervise Assistant Facilitators, ensuring consistent learner engagement and marking quality. - Provide 1-to-1 guidance and academic feedback to learners in line with defined rubrics. - Monitor and maintain high standards of delivery, assessment, and learner satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal academic and delivery teams to manage content updates and resolve challenges. - Participate in programme review discussions, sharing insights for continuous improvement. - Represent the programme in internal panels or forums as required. - Ensure all academic activity aligns with established frameworks and standards. Qualifications - Hold Relevant PHD - University level lecturing and marking experience or similar - Demonstrated experience teaching or facilitating within structured academic or executive education settings. - Strong understanding of AI leadership, governance, strategy, and ethics within business or organisational contexts. - Skilled at moderating and engaging online groups of senior professionals. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for academic facilitation and learner interaction. - Proven ability to mentor and coordinate supporting facilitators. - Organised, proactive, and dependable in managing multiple delivery timelines. - Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating remotely with diverse teams. - Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience preferred.
