Foreclosure Legal Assistant

McCalla Raymer Leibert Pierce, LLC

• Preparing, reviewing, and filing legal documents • Managing foreclosure files and tracking case progress • Communicating with clients, courts, vendors and other outside parties in a courteous and effective manner • Data entry, document processing, and file maintenance • Supporting attorneys and other team members with daily tasks • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations • Performing general administrative duties as needed • Developing and maintaining congenial relationships with business associates and clients
