• Build and convert a strong pipeline within Financial Services by actively engaging with the wider innovation ecosystem. • Establish and nurture relationships across emerging FinTech communities, partners, and industry bodies. • Understand client priorities and market disruption trends, translating these into innovative solutions. • Win professional services contracts and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. • Take full accountability for opportunity creation and pursuit from early-stage qualification through to close. • Lead compelling presentations, workshops, and negotiations with senior stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Proven success in originating and securing opportunities, with a strong passion for Financial Services and FinTech.
- Deep curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, FinTech ecosystems, and innovation trends.
- Experience working with Fintechs or the community is essential.
- Actively engaged in the wider Financial Services and innovation landscape.
- Self-starting and opportunity-led, able to spot whitespace.
- Strong understanding of Financial Services priorities and transformation drivers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the credibility and passion to engage senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of owning the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity creation through to close.
- Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, partners, innovation specialists).
