Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Yardi Expertise: Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on administration experience specifically within Yardi Voyager Commercial/Retail. *(Applications with purely residential or multifamily experience will not be considered).*
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of commercial real estate accounting principles, commercial lease logic, and retail recovery mechanics (CAM, recurring charges, overage rent).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Yardi database structures, database mapping, and writing custom reports (YSR, Yardi Script, or basic SQL query writing).
  • Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with Yardi Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting (ABF).
  • Experience implementing or managing CommercialCafe or tenant portals.
  • Prior experience working at a commercial real estate investment, asset management, or development firm.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical troubleshooting skills—someone who loves solving complex data puzzles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business insights for non-technical team members.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable acting as the sole, go-to Yardi expert in the organization.
