• Installs, performs technical maintenance, and troubleshoots hardware and software of products and components, primarily at customer sites. • Carries out scheduled inspections, cleaning, and other services, as well as minor repairs on products within an assigned area. • Verifies that products are operating correctly and resolves identified issues and/or escalates them according to established procedures. • Schedules service calls, completes all required paperwork, and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with the service and an understanding of product operation.
Job Requirements
- Technical diploma in Electrotechnics, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience in field service maintenance and repair, preferably with ATMs or banking automation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Active CFT registration.
- Valid driver's license (CNH).
- Availability for field work, traveling on average up to 200 km.
- Residence in Picos, Piauí.
