Job Description

Account Director - Radiance

Infinity Constellation

Role: Account Director - Radiance Remote (Global) | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Incentives Website: withradiance.com Please apply using the provided form candidates. Meet Radiance The Source® of all your creative collateral. Radiance is a digital design agency powered by The SOURCE® , a Creative OS that learns and evolves with your brand. As you work, it works: streamlining operations, accelerating creative, and scaling your entire brand system. We combine human-crafted design with intelligent systems to help modern brands grow with clarity, creativity, and impact. Every project we deliver is built for long-term value, not just assets, but infrastructure . Radiance delivers bold creative backed by strategy, crafted to perform across media, commerce, and customer experience. At the center of it all is The Source®, a proprietary platform that blends design, AI, and automation into a single adaptive system that evolves as our clients grow. Why This Role Exists We’re looking for a full-cycle Account Director someone who blends strategy, outbound systems, and sales execution into a single, high-impact motion. You’ll partner closely with the founders to build Radiance’s revenue engine from the ground up: crafting the pipeline, architecting outbound workflows, shaping messaging, closing deals, and laying the foundation for a scalable GTM organization. This is not a role for someone who wants a warm pipeline handed to them. It’s for someone who loves the thrill of building systems from zero, iterating quickly, and owning revenue outcomes end-to-end. As an early commercial hire, you’ll help define the frameworks, processes, and GTM philosophy that will scale Radiance into multi-year brand partnerships and enterprise-level creative ecosystems. What You’ll Do Build and optimize our outbound engine across email, LinkedIn, and automated workflows Architect and manage GTM systems: Apollo, PhantomBuster, CRM, dashboards, reporting Develop ICPs, sequences, messaging, and outreach experiments that convert Drive pipeline generation with consistency and refine it with data Lead discovery, consultative selling, scoping, and closing for 5–10k starter projects Expand early wins into long-term partnerships and 50–200k+ engagements Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and leadership to shape pitch narratives Bring clarity and structure to GTM operations, while staying scrappy and fast Help hire and onboard SDR(s) once repeatability is achieved Build what matters: signal > noise, action > theory What You Bring A deeper discussion about systems, pipeline thinking, and closing philosophy A final conversation with founders We’ll choose whichever format best showcases your strengths. Radiance Is for You If: You love building systems from zero You thrive in autonomy and take initiative without being asked You enjoy outbound, experimentation, and customer conversations You care about design, storytelling, and strategic creativity You’re excited by brand-led growth, intelligent systems, and The Source® You want to be the architect of a revenue engine Radiance Is Not for You If: You don’t want to cold outbound or build systems by hand You prefer highly structured sales orgs with fixed playbooks You avoid ambiguity or fast-moving environments You’re not interested in design, brand, or creative culture You want narrow responsibilities instead of end-to-end ownership

Job Requirements

  • 3–7+ years in B2B GTM, sales, or growth roles at high-velocity, early-stage companies
  • Experience building outbound systems (Nooks/Gong, Apollo, Phantom, LinkedIn automations, CRM setup, Clay)
  • Strong track record generating pipeline AND closing deals
  • Comfortable with both
  • volume
  • (messages, calls) and
  • strategy
  • (positioning, ICPs)
  • A data-driven mindset: doing, testing, measuring, iterating
  • Clear communication: crisp writing, strong verbal presence, compelling storytelling
  • High accountability: you own outcomes and move deals forward with discipline
  • Ability to translate creative work into commercial value
  • Affinity for brand, design, creativity, or marketing (you don’t need to be a designer)
  • Thrives in ambiguity; excels when building systems from scratch
  • Bonus Points
  • Experience selling design, brand systems, creative services, or consulting
  • Managed or coached SDRs or junior sellers
  • Exposure to SaaS, AI tools, or platform ecosystems
  • Experience with retainer models, multi-phase scopes, or partnership-style sales
  • Built GTM playbooks or outbound motion from zero at previous companies
  • Strong understanding of creative workflows or agency dynamics
  • Why Join Radiance?
  • Foundational commercial seat.
  • Help architect Radiance’s entire revenue engine.
  • High impact.
  • Your outbound systems and GTM strategy directly shape our growth.
  • Design-forward culture.
  • Work with world-class designers, strategists, brand thinkers and tech builders.
  • Fast iteration.
  • We ship, learn, and refine - often in days, not quarters.
  • The SOURCE®.
  • Sell a differentiated creative OS that grows with the client.
  • Remote-first.
  • High trust, low overhead, async-friendly.
  • Momentum.
  • Backed by Infinity Constellation and led by repeat founders.
  • Competitive salary + performance incentives + meaningful upside through long-term partnerships.
  • Our Interview Process
  • We keep things human, clear, and practical. Expect:
  • A conversation to get to know each other
  • A GTM strategy working session or short outbound project
