Role Description Girikon is looking at hiring a full-time “Business Systems Analyst (DEEL Contractor Management System)” with a strong background in business process engineering and cross-functional process design to support the implementation of an enterprise contractor management platform (DEEL). The ideal candidate will partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Procurement, and other business functions to analyze current-state processes, gather and consolidate business requirements, and design scalable end-to-end workflows that improve the contractor lifecycle. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst on enterprise system implementations. - Proven ability to work across multiple business functions simultaneously and manage competing stakeholder priorities. - Experience implementing or supporting DEEL contractor/workforce management platforms will be preferable. - Experience with contractors, contingent workforce, vendor, or non-employee lifecycle management. - Experience working with HRIS, ERP, Finance, Legal, and Identity Management systems. - Knowledge of process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN. - Familiarity with integration concepts and enterprise application ecosystems. - Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies. - Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
