How You'll Shine: - Provide service support via phone, Microsoft Teams, email and other communication platforms ensuring all service level and communication standards are being met. Delivery of support with appropriate response time is expected. - Updates standard daily/weekly/monthly reporting for our various financial products. Prepares ad hoc reporting for executive management. Contributes to the effective management by proactively identifying business issues and raising awareness to solutions. - Create, provide, and maintain policies and procedure for new processes or operations of financial tools to ensure proper record keeping.
