Job Requirements
- Senior Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience leading high-complexity product organizations, specifically within the Fintech or Payments industry.
- Payments Domain Expertise: Deep, authoritative knowledge of worldwide card infrastructure, Point of Sale (POS) systems, and gift card/stored-value platforms.
- Technical Product Management: Proven track record of managing technical product roadmaps, API integrations, and complex backend payment architectures.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Demonstrated experience using advanced data analytics and user research to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Business or a related field.
- Global Fintech Scaling: Experience launching and scaling payment platforms across multiple international markets (NA, EU, AP).
- Industry Influence: Active engagement with payment networks (Visa/Mastercard) and a deep understanding of the evolving regulatory landscape (PSD2, PCI-DSS, etc.).
