Senior Social Media, Content Manager

• Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels • Create, write, and publish engaging content tailored to Forex, CFD, and financial services audiences • Develop content pillars, editorial calendars, and campaign plans aligned with business objectives • Manage day-to-day social media activity to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation • Produce compelling copy for marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives • Ensure all content complies with financial services marketing regulations and Meta advertising policies • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital communication channels • Support reputation management through review platforms and online brand monitoring • Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and external agencies to deliver high-quality campaigns • Support promotional campaigns, trading competitions, bonus offers, and client acquisition initiatives • Coordinate multilingual content projects where required • Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines and business priorities • Monitor and analyse content and social media performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and platform insights • Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, and conversion through data-driven recommendations • Prepare performance reports and optimise content strategies based on key metrics

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience within a Forex Broker, CFD Broker, Multi-Asset Broker, FinTech, or Financial Services company
  • Strong understanding of Forex trading, CFDs, MT4/MT5 platforms, brokerage business models, and Affiliate/IB programmes
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills
  • Ability to independently develop and execute content strategies without relying solely on agencies
  • Knowledge of Meta Advertising Policies for Financial Services and brokerage compliance requirements
  • Experience managing content calendars and social media strategies
  • Strong project management, organisational, and communication skills
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media reporting tools
  • Fluent in English (C1 level and higher) both written and verbal
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant social media and content work (mandatory)
  • Experience with international brokerage brands
  • Experience managing multilingual content projects
  • Knowledge of Trustpilot and broker review platforms
  • Experience supporting bonus campaigns, trading competitions, and acquisition campaigns
  • Understanding of trader acquisition, retention marketing, and customer lifecycle communications
