Role Description The JR Implementation Specialist is a growth role and a chance to learn HR operations and the HR4 platform from the inside, alongside a dynamic team working to get every dealership onto the Tier 5 track. You will build knowledge by doing: - Being assigned clients to support - Learning the employee lifecycle from recruitment through performance management - Seeing first-hand how HR4 supports the client The core of the role is supporting the Implementation Consultants as they move clients through the HR4Way process. As you master HR4, you take on more of the setup and quality work, saving the Consultant time so they can focus on micro-learning and change management. It is built for someone early in their career who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Qualifications - University graduate, or college graduate with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience - Excelled in school and genuinely enjoyed assignments and research - HR experience, or a keen fondness for learning about HR, HR operations, and software - Tech-savvy.
