Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management Architect
Impact Advisors
• Lead and execute the day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients including implementation support, process design, and project reviews • Identify business requirements, functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and defining support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/ or optimization activities for functions such as: Inventory Purchasing Requisitioning Vendor and Contract Management Strategic Sourcing Interactions with Accounts Payable and Finance • Develop and execute unit and system test plans • Drive cross team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring • Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions • Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention, and integration • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities, work with the appropriate resource from other service lines
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of ERP Finance and SCM implementation experience required
- Minimum two full lifecycle implementation with Oracle Fusion Finance or SCM
- Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Finance and SCM
- Demonstrated leadership abilities for project team and client management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality
- Experience and understanding with of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices
- Proficient with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable
- Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one to one settings and for group presentations
- Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment
