Role Description We are seeking a skilled IAM Analyst to join our Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user access across a complex enterprise environment that includes automated identity governance as well as manual provisioning processes. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 2–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or IT Support. - Hands-on experience with manual provisioning/de-provisioning and handling service requests. - Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Okta, SailPoint, or similar IAM platforms. - Basic understanding of security principles (least privilege, role-based access, segregation of duties). - Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
