Role Description We are seeking a skilled IAM Analyst to join our Managed Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user access across a complex enterprise environment that includes automated identity governance as well as manual provisioning processes. This role will ensure that appropriate access controls are maintained for both integrated and non-integrated applications while adhering to security policies, compliance standards, and best practices. Responsibilities - Process manual access provisioning and de-provisioning requests across various systems and applications. - Fulfill IAM-related service requests such as password resets, group membership updates, role assignments, and entitlements. - Ensure adherence to IAM policies, standards, and procedures during request handling. - Perform account reviews, validation, and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy. - Collaborate with application and system owners to troubleshoot access issues. - Maintain proper documentation of completed service requests and manual tasks. - Support periodic access certification campaigns by preparing data extracts and validating responses. - Escalate complex or high-risk requests to senior IAM engineers or managers when necessary. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and workflows. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - 2–5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management or IT Support. - Hands-on experience with manual provisioning/de-provisioning and handling service requests. - Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, Okta, SailPoint, or similar IAM platforms. - Basic understanding of security principles (least privilege, role-based access, segregation of duties). - Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requests simultaneously.
