Role Description This is a remote position. KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead SAP GROW (SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) transformation programs and provide end-to-end solution leadership across functional and technical workstreams. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, business process transformation, enterprise architecture, integration strategy, cloud solution design, and SAP best practices. This role will serve as the trusted advisor to clients and project teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, secure, and sustainable SAP solutions. Key Responsibilities - Solution Architecture & Strategy - Define overall SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution architecture. - Lead business and solution design workshops. - Develop target-state architecture aligned with business objectives. - Ensure alignment with SAP GROW methodology and SAP Best Practices. - Promote clean-core principles and standard SAP capabilities. - Business Process Transformation - Guide end-to-end business process design across: - Record-to-Report (R2R) - Source-to-Pay (S2P) - Lead-to-Cash (L2C) - Plan-to-Produce (P2P) - Project-to-Profit (P2P) - Service-to-Cash (S2C) - Challenge non-standard requirements and drive process standardization. - Support Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process governance. - Architecture Governance - Establish architecture standards and design principles. - Review and approve solution designs across all workstreams. - Ensure compliance with SAP Public Cloud architecture guidelines. - Manage architecture risks, dependencies, and decision-making processes. - Cross-Functional Leadership - Provide guidance across: - Finance (FI/CO) - Procurement (MM) - Sales (SD) - Manufacturing (PP) - Warehouse Management (EWM) - Project Systems (PS) - Service Management - Master Data - Security & Authorizations - Analytics & Reporting - Facilitate collaboration between business, functional, and technical teams. - Integration & Technical Oversight - Define integration architecture using: - SAP Integration Suite - SAP BTP - APIs and Event-Based Integrations - Third-Party Applications - Ensure scalability, security, and maintainability of solutions. - Support extension strategies using SAP BTP and clean-core principles. - Delivery & Quality Assurance - Participate in project governance and steering committee meetings. - Review solution quality throughout the project lifecycle. - Support testing, cutover planning, deployment, and hypercare activities. - Ensure successful delivery of project objectives, timelines, and quality standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. - 10+ years of SAP consulting experience. - 5+ years of SAP Solution Architecture experience. - Experience leading at least 3 SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud or SAP GROW programs. - Strong understanding of: - SAP Best Practices - SAP Activate Methodology - Fit-to-Standard Approach - Clean Core Strategy - Enterprise Architecture Principles - Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Certification. - SAP Solution Architect Certification. - Experience with: - SAP GROW - SAP BTP - SAP Integration Suite - SAP Signavio - SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC) - SAP Cloud ALM - SAP Analytics Cloud - SAP Datasphere - Experience supporting global and multi-country deployments.
