• Lead 30–45 minute discovery calls with qualified Amazon brands, from emerging sellers to multi-million-dollar businesses • Uncover operational and growth opportunities across PPC, DSP, account health, catalog management, and supply chain • Perform structured Amazon account audits and present insights through engaging video walkthroughs • Build tailored proposals focused on measurable business outcomes, ROI, and long-term growth • Confidently handle objections and guide qualified prospects through the sales process • Nurture warm opportunities while keeping momentum and maintaining a healthy pipeline • Prepare and send agreements using established sales templates • Stay involved during the first 60 days after signing to support a smooth client onboarding experience • Keep CRM records accurate and your pipeline up to date • Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure a seamless client handover • Continuously look for smarter, faster ways to improve the sales process and customer experience
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience within the Amazon ecosystem
- Previous experience in a Business Development Representative, Account Executive, or consultative sales role—ideally within an Amazon agency
- Strong understanding of Amazon PPC, ACOS, DSP, account health, catalog management, and supply chain
- Demonstrated success closing consultative, value-based sales opportunities
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to quickly build trust with founders, brand owners, and senior ecommerce leaders
- Strong CRM discipline and excellent pipeline management habits
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving remote environment
- Naturally curious, proactive, and commercially driven
