Role Description Reporting to the Senior Director of Clinical Pharmacy, the Manager, Clinical Pharmacy will be managing clinical programs, providing patient care, and collaborating cross-functionally in a virtual environment to optimize the pharmaceutical care for our members. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for delivering virtual direct patient care for various initiatives around STARS pharmacy measures, overseeing the Central Pharmacy Refill Service, and assisting with other clinical initiatives as needed. The individual will interface with various internal teams. An ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Medicare Advantage prescription benefits, possess strong clinical knowledge, and be driven by a passion for improving medication access for seniors.
