Strategic Account Manager

• Represent the SkinMedica, DiamondGlow and Latisse brands and promote the product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers • Focus on direct selling of products and executing pull through programs/events to patients • Utilize and manage key resources to maximize coverage to targeted customers • Provide technical product and procedure expertise and competitive product differentiation • Achieve assigned sales goals through creative, consultative selling and implementing the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan • Collaborate with Facial Aesthetics, Plastic Surgery, Coolsculpting, APC’s, Marketing, and other Allergan sales forces • Manage field assets and resources including expense management, computer, and other allocated equipment • Consistently achieve sales quota for skin care, consumables, and equipment • Demonstrate effective selling skills and build loyal relationships with customers • Educate customers on new and current products and manage initiative execution across the portfolio
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
- Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience required with business to business to consumer (B2B2C) sales experience preferred
- Aesthetics sales background or related experience with a skin care company highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license
- Analytical skills
- Strong business acumen
- Proven selling skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong contract/negotiating skills
- Financial/budgetary experience
- Ability to travel
- Ability to lift 50 lbs

Role Description Reports to the VP, Indirect Lending. Serves as the primary liaison between Landmark Credit Union and its network of participating dealerships. This role promotes indirect lending programs, builds strong dealer partnerships, and ensures compliance with lending policies. The position also provides market insights and performance data to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred. - Minimum of two years of indirect lending, sales, auto finance, vendor management, or other client-facing roles. - Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered. - This is a remote position. Associates must have a dedicated, quiet, and confidential workspace with reliable high-speed internet. - Proven ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities. - Proven ability to independently organize work, balance multiple priorities, and manage projects in a high-volume, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and strong analytical skill for performance reporting and trend analysis. - Ability to exercise independent judgement and discretion while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. - Must develop a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. - Must comply with all company policies and procedures and all job-related state and federal laws and regulations.
