Can participate authentically without spamming. Understands community guidelines and organic positioning. - Data-Driven: Proficient with TikTok Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar. Track KPIs (engagement rate, completion rate, follower velocity). Run A/B tests and optimize based on data. Comfortable with ad platform analytics. - Independent & Reliable: Work with minimal oversight. Hit growth targets. Strong communication for weekly updates. Consistency and accountability are non-negotiable (TikTok requires daily presence). Requirements - TikTok Alternative Account Management: Operate 2-3 TikTok accounts posting 2-5x daily with optimized captions, hashtags, and timing. Test content angles and posting windows. Identify what resonates and iterate weekly. - Community Engagement: Participate authentically in Facebook Groups, Reddit, Discord, and TikTok comments where target audience congregates. Share content, answer questions, build sentiment. - Content Sourcing & Clipping: Monitor podcast episodes, articles, and videos. Extract high-performing 1-60 second clips optimized for TikTok / Reels / Shorts with strong hooks. - Analytics & Reporting: Track views, engagement, follower growth, and sentiment across accounts. Weekly reports with insights. Use data to optimize strategy in real-time. - Creative Asset Development & Design: Create branded promotional graphics, video thumbnails, TikTok title cards, and supporting visual assets. Design social media templates for consistency across platforms. Generate assets for merchandise, business cards, flyers, and materials as needed. Basic graphic design and video editing skills required. - Ad Testing: Test TikTok/Instagram ads on high-performing content. Track ROAS and optimize spend allocation. - Growth Targets: Hit 10K+ followers on primary TikTok account by week 12. Maintain daily posting.
