Role Description We're looking for a Data Governance Consultant - Informatica Cloud to join our team in Poland in a remote working mode. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping to implement and optimize data governance practices using Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog. You will guide stakeholders through governance frameworks, deliver technical enablement, and ensure seamless platform integration. This position requires strong consulting expertise combined with deep technical skills to support metadata management and compliance initiatives while enabling enterprise-wide adoption of governance tools. - Conduct assessments of existing data environments to identify governance gaps and improvement areas - Define and implement data governance frameworks and metadata management strategies using Informatica Cloud - Drive the onboarding process for Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog, including business glossary creation and user adoption - Ensure successful integration of Informatica solutions across platforms such as Databricks and AWS - Develop roadmaps for onboarding multiple data products into the governance solution - Provide consultative guidance on data quality, metadata strategies, and governance best practices - Deliver upskilling sessions and workshops for teams and stakeholders to strengthen governance capabilities - Collaborate with engineering and platform teams on technical configurations and implementation - Utilize automation and available AI solutions to enhance governance workflows and accelerate delivery Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in data governance or data consulting roles - Strong proficiency in Informatica Cloud Data Governance and Catalog implementation - Knowledge of metadata management and data quality practices in enterprise environments - Understanding of Databricks and AWS ecosystem integrations - Experience in defining governance frameworks and strategies for large-scale platforms - Strong consultative skills to advise both business and technical stakeholders - Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions Requirements - Nice to have: Familiarity with AI-enabled data governance tools and automation techniques - Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GDPR or HIPAA - Experience in biopharmaceutical or regulated industries

Role Description UNICEF is providing technical support to the Ministry of Social Cohesion and Family Affairs (MoSCFA), through the Reform and Investment Task Force of the European Commission - (SG REFORM) and is implementing a Technical Support Instrument (TSI) project "Modernizing Child Protection in Greece". Qualifications - Master’s degree in Social Policy, Child Rights, Public Policy, Law, Social Sciences, International Development, Public Administration or other related field. Requirements - Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible professional experience in child rights, child protection, social policy, or public sector reform. - Demonstrated experience conducting policy reviews, research and stakeholder consultations. - Experience supporting development of national action plans, strategies or public policy reforms. - Previous experience working with government institutions, international organizations, or UN agencies. - Experience in drafting analytical reports and policy recommendations. - Fluency in Greek (written and spoken). - Excellent command of English (written and spoken). - Strong understanding of child rights frameworks and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. - Knowledge of the Greek child protection and social welfare system. - Excellent analytical, writing, and facilitation skills. - Experience in qualitative research and stakeholder engagement. - Ability to synthesize complex information and formulate policy recommendations.
