• Discovery Phase (Months 1–2): Research, test, and propose at least 10 candidate metrics to measure CORA's performance. • Validation Phase (Months 3–7): Run experiments to validate which metrics effectively capture the quality of our agent's analyses, selecting the top 3. • Construction Phase (Months 7–12): Build a real-time monitoring dashboard that enables the team to continuously track model performance and respond quickly when needed.
Job Requirements
- Education: Completed bachelor's degree.
- Fields of study: Engineering; Computer Science / Information Systems; Data Engineering / Data Science; Statistics / Applied Mathematics; related areas in Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence.
- Knowledge of evaluation metrics for AI/ML models, with a focus on generative models.
- Experience with statistical analysis and hypothesis validation.
- Skill in building dashboards and monitoring panels.
- Proficiency in Python and AWS QuickSight.
- AWS certifications (Cloud Practitioner).
- Participation in generative AI projects and publications in data science.

• Work closely with Solutions Architect, Application/Technical Architect, Business Analysts to create effective solutions providing robust systems. • Participate in requirement discussions, team meetings, technical sessions and reviews. • Integrate work following coding guidelines as defined by software architects. • Ensure functionality works end-to-end and the software is thoroughly tested and defect-free. • Perform activities such as research and POCs and conduct demos/presentations for team members.
