Title: Junior Inside Sales Location: Barcelona, Cataluña, España Type: Full-time Workplace: remote Category: International Revenue About the role We’re looking for our next Junior Inside Sales Representative to join the Inside Sales Team in Barcelona. You will learn and develop the skills needed to manage your own sales territory, initially supporting Sales Associates with customer outreach, presentations, budgeting campaigns, meeting coordination, and sales activities. You will contribute to our inside sales strategy through sales campaigns via email, phone, and video calls, setting up meetings, preparing presentations and proposals, identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and reaching out to potential customers to showcase our products and services. You will also play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and renewing customer licenses year after year. About the job: - Learn and develop the skills needed to manage your own sales territory, initially supporting Sales Associates with customer outreach, presentations, budgeting campaigns, and meeting coordination. - Organize our database, CRM, setting up trials and networks of schools. - Communicate with schools & groups of schools using Edpuzzle in your assigned region. - Develop an understanding of their needs & goals. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound emails and phone calls. - Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns. - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on our products and services. - Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest. - Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. - Collaborate with team members and channel partners to build pipelines. - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. - Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience with Edpuzzle, offer solutions to any challenges, and help ensure they remain with Edpuzzle when their renewal is due. - Performs other duties as assigned. About you: - Ideally 1–2 years of experience in an Inside Sales position or similar customer-facing role, preferably within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Proficiency and strong English communication skills are required, as this position involves daily interactions with global customers. - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively via email, over the phone, and in face-to-face conversations. - Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to achieve—and exceed—measurable sales and performance targets. - A quick and enthusiastic learner, always eager to absorb new information, tools, and techniques to continuously improve performance. - Proactive, bold, and confident, with a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone and take initiative in unfamiliar situations. - You thrive under pressure and can maintain focus, efficiency, and positivity even when managing tight deadlines or high-stakes tasks. - Currently based in the Barcelona city. - Flexibility to go to the office 2 to 3 days a month.
