Role Description En Coforge estamos buscando un Lead Project Manager (#21737) con el siguiente perfil. - Liderar proyectos de tecnología y transformación digital en el sector financiero desde la planificación hasta el cierre. - Gestionar el roadmap del proyecto, incluyendo hitos, riesgos, dependencias y entregables. - Coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios de TI, negocio y proveedores externos. - Actuar como punto de contacto principal con stakeholders de nivel gerencial y directivo. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, regulaciones y políticas del sector financiero. - Gestionar riesgos e incidentes, proponiendo planes de mitigación. - Elaborar reportes ejecutivos de avance, KPIs y estado financiero del proyecto. - Impulsar metodologías ágiles o híbridas según el contexto del proyecto. Qualifications - 4 a 5 años de experiencia en gestión o liderazgo de proyectos. - Experiencia comprobada en el sector banca y finanzas. - Experiencia trabajando con entidades financieras como BCP, Interbank, Scotiabank o Mibanco. - Experiencia en gestión de stakeholders de nivel gerencial o directivo. - Experiencia en entornos ágiles y/o híbridos (Agile + Waterfall). - Bachiller o licenciatura en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Informática, Administración, Finanzas o afines. - Certificación Scrum Master (CSM, PSM o equivalente). Prochant, a leading outsourced billing service in the U.S. healthcare industry, is seeking a qualified Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the onboarding of new clients to our revenue cycle management (RCM) services and implement new processes for existing clients. Our Project Managers drive onboarding and implementation projects to successful completion—on time, within scope, and on or under budget—while maintaining clear, consistent communication to support the adoption of best practices. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including client teams (from billers to CEOs), IT, domestic and offshore operations, regulatory compliance, and account management. A key aspect of this role is guiding and coordinating our offshore agents in alignment with Prochant’s best practices, while balancing the unique needs of our U.S.-based clients. You will ensure that billing, operations, cash flow, and quality patient care remain uninterrupted throughout each transition by aligning all critical path elements for scheduled go-lives. Though remote, this position is highly visible both internally and externally. It requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to prioritize effectively and direct complex projects. Industry experience in HME, Home Health, and/or Infusion is required.

• Coordinates all project activities to track lifecycle, budget, and progress requirements to goal. • Maintains project schedule and production tracker. • Builds collaborative, respectful relationships with internal team and contractor partners to ensure the free flow of information needed for reports; builds trust to ensure a productive working relationship. • Gathers the necessary data for all progress reporting and updates Smart Sheets daily. • Delivers daily status to leadership via meetings and weekly reports to leadership and SVP. • Ensures project schedule is always current; updates production tracker daily. • Provides daily updates on construction status to include cabinet status and power tracking. • Ensures all partners are aligned to the working schedule and meeting objectives. • Ensure all invoices are tracked and paid on time in alignment with budgets. • Interfaces with necessary internal team members to triage construction complaints within 24 hours, and completely resolve them within 7 days. • Monitors Franchise Agreements to ensure adherence and prevent a lapse in agreement in partnership with necessary internal teams. • Consistently flexes to manage competing priorities and interruptions due to requests from multiple external stakeholders, while maintaining momentum on critical priorities. • Maintain Street Sheets from partners and ensure accuracy on a daily basis. • Maintains Damage Report Tracker and provides weekly status on same to leadership. • Performs other duties as assigned.
