Key Responsibilities As a Senior Environmental Professional | Project Manager, you will: - Lead and manage environmental projects from planning through completion, including site investigations, remediation, permitting, compliance, and brownfield redevelopment initiatives. - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining strong relationships and delivering exceptional service. - Provide technical leadership and oversight to multidisciplinary project teams. - Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and deliverables. - Ensure all project work meets regulatory requirements, quality standards, and client expectations. - Contribute to business development efforts through client interaction, proposal preparation, networking, and pursuit of new opportunities. - Mentor, supervise, and support the growth of early-career and mid-level environmental professionals. - Collaborate with internal teams across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions for clients throughout Connecticut and the Northeast. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise - Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or a related field. - 8+ years of environmental consulting experience. - Connecticut Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP) certification - Strong understanding of Connecticut environmental regulations and regulatory programs. - Proven project management experience, including budget and schedule management. - Demonstrated leadership and staff mentoring experience. - Excellent communication, client management, and relationship-building skills. - Strong technical writing and report preparation skills.
