• Complete applications and service forms for all product lines, including Life Insurance, Health, Annuities (LHA), Mutual Funds (MF), Financial Planning, and Brokerage, ensuring they are in good order (IGO) • Research & resolve not-in-good-order (NIGO) issues across all product lines by analyzing processes, correcting errors, and gathering additional information as needed • Collaborate with external companies to ensure forms are in good order (IGO) • Efficiently navigate over 40 systems to accurately process applications and service forms, minimizing the need for additional outreach to representatives and clients • Facilitate money movement for internal and external products on behalf of the FA/Client, ensuring accuracy and compliance • Proactively contact clients to gather information, provide reminders to the client to complete various applications/forms, assist in conversations with external companies and clients to verify form accuracy, gather additional details, and complete required paperwork • Understand and apply back-end and front-end processes across all product lines to ensure seamless handling of transactions • Review external company statements to input accurate data for financial planning
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of diverse experience in the financial industry with in-depth experience with one or more financial products (Mutual Funds, Brokerage, Investments, Annuity, Life, Health) and supporting systems
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication and high attention to detail
- Able to clearly communicate with diverse audiences across the enterprise
- Demonstrates adaptability in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Maintains integrity of sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with external and internal customers and coworkers
- Ability to anticipate customer needs with insights from industry best practices
- Strong proficiency in navigating multiple systems
- FINRA SIE, Series 6 required or obtained within 12 months of hire/transfer.

Role Description As a Field SIU Investigation Property/Casualty you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing complex, multi-discipline coverage and claims that have been referred to the special investigation unit (SIU) for potential fraud. This role typically handles a combination of complex attorney represented and unrepresented claims and moderate to complex losses, in which suspicious activity has been identified. The individual performs a thorough investigation including: - Conducting background searches, scene investigations, and clinic inspections - Taking recorded statements - Reviewing and analyzing medical notes, bills, and property damage - Conducting witness interviews and social media searches The individual conducts surveillance on property and/or creates scene reconstructions on some investigations and reviews whether fraud can be substantiated and supports a lawsuit. The individual provides work guidance and direction to less senior employees and provides mentoring and coaching to the team. We are seeking an experienced Field SIU Investigator to handle Personal Auto Property and Casualty claims, with some exposure to commercial auto. The ideal candidate will bring direct SIU experience working for an insurance carrier and have a strong background in either property or casualty investigations. This person should be comfortable working in the field, conducting detailed and thorough investigations, and adapting to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail, independence, and investigative curiosity are key to success in this role. Candidates must reside within or be able to cover the Orlando, Florida territory, including Osceola, Seminole, Volusia, or Lake County. Role Description As a Fuel Handling Equipment Field Service Technician, you will help support our FHE Outage and Maintenance Services team. You will provide support for nuclear fuel handling equipment or outage critical cranes. You will conduct the field service support at remote operating nuclear power plants and at local service center operations. You will use high technology service equipment in a manner reflecting Westinghouse's commitment to the highest levels of safety and quality. You will report to the Fuel Handling Equipment Outage and Maintenance Supervisor. This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the United States, but does require travel. Projects are 2-4 weeks but during Spring and Fall may be traveling 2 to 3 months at a time before going home to reset. - Install, set-up, and maintain fuel handling/outage critical crane equipment at customer sites worldwide. - Review operational procedures, maintenance procedures, and drawings in detail. - Provide support to engineering and training by performing activities such as: - Equipment modifications - Equipment setup and testing - Mock-up preparation - Process testing - Equipment and process qualifications - Document equipment performance issues during field implementation, and ensure corrective actions are complete before next scheduled use. - Participate in training programs to acquire and maintain certifications and keep current with technology and procedures. - Perform all assigned tasks with support, with a high degree of quality, and within the parameters of qualified procedures and guidelines. Specific knowledge and training in electrical, electronic, programmable logic controller, or mechanical components. - 2 or more years of experience where satisfactorily demonstrated evidence of mechanical, electrical and programmable logic controller knowledge and skill. Nuclear industry experience is beneficial. - This position is subject to the requirements of Westinghouse and customer security, unescorted access, and fitness for responsibility programs. - Requires the ability to occasionally carry/lift up to 50 pounds. - Individual must have full range of motion i.e. ability to reach, climb, kneel, squat, grasp, bend forwards and backwards, sit, and stand for 4 hours per day. - Must pass a Westinghouse physical which includes a spirometer for the ability to wear a respirator.
