Role Description The language services team within ICON is seeking a highly skilled and experienced COA associate project manager to coordinate projects related to COAs. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in localization and linguistic validation project management, solid technical expertise in Translation Management Systems (TMS) and CAT tools, and hands-on experience in translation and localization within the clinical research environment. - Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of COA language projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Operations and technology specialists, to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Manage relationships with language service providers and translation vendors to ensure high-quality and timely deliveries. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, while monitoring progress to ensure successful COA project outcomes. - Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement to promote collaboration and proactively address project-related challenges. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in patient care technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in translation, Life Sciences, localization and/or Linguistic Project Management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in COA and/or translation project management, clinical research, or translation and localization. - Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with translation management systems and CAT tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with a demonstrated focus on meeting project goals, timelines, and quality standards. - Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders. - Strong commitment to quality, compliance, and regulatory requirements in all project-related activities. - Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a strong asset. - Quality-oriented mindset with proven problem-solving abilities. Role Description The Project Manager will receive and channel clients requests and input into the internal tracking systems, coordinating and collaborating with production and creative departments.
