Role Description Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir fully remote (Homeoffice in Deutschland) oder am Standort München, Hamburg, Berlin oder Köln in Vollzeit einen SEA Performance Marketing Manager Paid Search (all genders) für die Serviceplan Agenturgruppe, die größte inhaber- und partnergeführte Agenturgruppe Europas. - Übernahme der Verantwortung für internationale Performance-Kampagnen von der Strategie bis zur Umsetzung. - Aktiver Austausch mit Kund:innen. - Beratung und Hands-on-Ansatz. - Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung von Search-, Shopping-, Display-, Video- und App-Kampagnen. - KPIs, Budgets und Performance jederzeit im Griff. - Entwicklung von Testing-Setups (A/B/N, multivariat) und Ableitung konkreter Optimierungen. - Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse für verständliche und überzeugende Präsentation beim Kunden. - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team Lead und einem interdisziplinären Team aus Spezialist:innen. - Erste oder fundierte Erfahrung im Performance Marketing mit Fokus auf SEA / Paid Search. - Kundenzentriertes Denken und lösungsorientierte Herangehensweise. - Sichere Nutzung gängiger Tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics oder Adobe Analytics). - Regelmäßige Nutzung von Englisch im Job, Deutsch auf mindestens C1-Level. Qualifications - Erste oder fundierte Erfahrung im Performance Marketing. - Kenntnisse in SEA / Paid Search. - Sichere Nutzung von Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics oder Adobe Analytics. - Englischkenntnisse im internationalen Kontext. - Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Level.
