Role Description Estamos buscando um(a) Analista Fiscal para integrar nosso time e garantir a correta execução, conferência e acompanhamento das rotinas fiscais dos nossos clientes. Essa pessoa será referência técnica na equipe, alguém que alia conhecimento tributário à capacidade de organizar processos, apoiar assistentes e entregar com segurança e precisão. - Realizar fechamento e apuração de impostos dos clientes - Executar conferência de faturamento e retenções tributárias - Realizar encerramento de prefeituras e emissão de guias tributárias - Acompanhar a situação fiscal dos clientes e atender demandas de regularização - Prestar suporte técnico aos clientes com clareza e segurança - Apoiar e acompanhar assistentes no dia a dia operacional - Participar de reuniões de alinhamento pós-fechamento - Acompanhar as atualizações da Reforma Tributária e seus impactos - Sugerir melhorias nos processos e fluxos de conferência Qualifications - Formação em Ciências Contábeis com CRC ativo - Conhecimento em Simples Nacional (PGDAS, DAS, DEFIS) - Conhecimento em retenções tributárias e DIFAL - Familiaridade com obrigações municipais e encerramento de prefeituras - Experiência com sistemas fiscais e contábeis (Domínio, Sieg, Goob, Acessórias ou similares) - Desejável: familiaridade com ferramentas de atendimento como Digisac - Capacidade de análise operacional e conferência crítica Requirements - Visão analítica e atenção aos detalhes - Organização e responsabilidade com prazos - Boa comunicação para atendimento ao cliente e suporte à equipe - Proatividade e abertura para melhorias e inovação - Capacidade de adaptação em ambiente dinâmico - Liderança operacional e habilidade de orientar o time Benefits - Modalidade: remoto - Salário: R$ 3.400,00

Role Description The Senior Specialist, Tax is responsible for independently executing complex tax compliance, provision, and advisory activities across the organization. This role applies deep technical knowledge to ensure accurate filings, strong documentation, and effective application of tax policies across multiple jurisdictions. The Senior Specialist supports business transactions, evaluates tax implications of complex activities, and serves as a key technical resource within the tax function, operating with minimal supervision and exercising sound professional judgment. Qualifications - Strong technical knowledge of corporate, indirect, international and property tax. - Experience within the Data Center, real estate or infrastructure industries an advantage. - Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS/local GAAP) and tax provisions. - High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex tax matters independently. - Experience working in global environments. - Strong analytical, research, and documentation skills. - Effective communicator with the ability to explain technical tax matters clearly. - Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
