• Investigar y analizar las necesidades de usuarios y stakeholders. • Definir y priorizar requerimientos de experiencia de usuario. • Diseñar flujos de interacción, wireframes y prototipos de baja y alta fidelidad. • Realizar pruebas de usabilidad y analizar los resultados para iterar en las soluciones. • Elaborar guías de estilo y sistemas de diseño para garantizar consistencia. • Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios (desarrollo, producto, negocio). • Asegurar que las soluciones cumplan con criterios de accesibilidad y buenas prácticas de UX/UI.
Job Requirements
- Título universitario en Diseño, Comunicación Visual, Ingeniería en Computación, Analista de Sistemas o carreras afines reconocidas por el Ministerio de Educación y Cultura; o ser estudiante avanzado (mínimo 60% aprobado).
- Conocimientos en herramientas de prototipado y diseño de interfaces (ej. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
- Experiencia documentada mínima de 2 años trabajando en diseño de experiencias de usuario, investigación UX o diseño de interfaces, con dedicación horaria de al menos 20 horas semanales promedio.
- Experiencia en metodologías de diseño centrado en el usuario y trabajo colaborativo con equipos de desarrollo y producto.
- Se valorará:
- Experiencia laboral en cargos de UX/UI en la actividad privada y/o pública,
- Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
- Conocimientos de herramientas de analítica y pruebas A/B.
- Experiencia en diseño accesible (WCAG, WAI-ARIA).
- Capacidad para presentar y defender propuestas de diseño frente a distintos públicos.
