• Support Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) projects • Perform software testing in government or public sector environments • Create and execute test cases and scenarios • Manage defects and work within structured testing processes • Understand complex eligibility workflows and business processes

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience supporting Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) projects
  • Experience with Medicaid, SNAP, TANF, Child Welfare, Child Support, or other Health & Human Services programs
  • Demonstrated software testing experience in government or public sector environments
  • Experience creating and executing test cases and test scenarios
  • Experience managing defects and working within structured testing processes
  • Ability to quickly understand complex eligibility workflows and business processes
  • Preferred Skills: Selenium or other automation testing experience
  • Experience with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools
  • Prior Deloitte, state government, or public sector consulting experience
  • Experience supporting large-scale eligibility modernization initiatives
