Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Citizen Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in quoting and policy servicing, with a strong understanding of insurance products (Commercial and personal lines) and customer service best practices. Experience working with clients in Texas, California, Florida, New York, or Utah is preferred but not required. - Quoting - Build complete and correct quotes (Auto, Home, Umbrella) across carriers - Ensure coverage, limits, and deductibles align with client needs and prior policies - Navigate carrier systems efficiently and produce quotes within expected timeframes - Policy Servicing - Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and rewrites correctly - Maintain complete and accurate documentation in the system - Identify and flag any coverage gaps or inconsistencies Qualifications - U.S. Citizen (Mandatory) - Active US Insurance License (required) - 1 year of experience in the insurance industry - Proven knowledge of commercial and personal lines - Experience working with policies in Texas, California, Florida, New York, or Utah (preferred, not mandatory) - Knowledge of quoting processes and policy servicing - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools Benefits - Remote Position - Paid Time Off - Paid Family & Medical leaves

EASTERN TITLE DIVISION Job Description: Summary: This position is responsible for the review and interpretation of chains of title obtained from title plant systems for mapped properties with direct starter bases, and the preparation and issuance of preliminary reports.
