• Partner with Client Launch Managers to implement Included Health services for large and strategic clients. • Collaborate with internal Engineering teams on customization requests and technical optimizations. • Serve as a technical liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and execution. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions. • Participate in customer calls and technical discussions with clients and their vendors. • Contribute to ongoing process and systems improvements within the Solutions Engineering team. • Share best practices and learnings to support team growth and project success.

• Lead the design and architecture of dual solution portfolios: Generative AI Solutions and Data Modernization. • Drive top-of-funnel opportunity creation through engaging C-level stakeholders with generative AI demonstrations and identifying data modernization needs. • Act as the trusted advisor, positioning generative AI as the transformational vision while grounding delivery in robust data platform modernization. • Develop compelling business cases that connect AI aspirations with practical data foundation requirements, demonstrating ROI across both portfolios. • Guide customers through parallel journeys: generative AI adoption and data platform modernization. • Maintain deep expertise across both solution domains: Generative AI and Data Platforms.

• Serve as the primary systems manager for the Customer Relationship Management platform and corresponding applications • Handle needs assessments and cost/benefit analysis to align the technology of the company with their business strategies • Facilitate and translate business requirements into technical requirements to guide the implementation of new features, systems, and enhancements and upgrades • Work with vendors to ensure the system solution satisfies the business requirements • Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to help identify business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals • Act as technical focal point for the business in the presentation of the new system/application • Lead design sessions in prototyping new system or functionality for the purpose of enhancing business processes • Develop and maintain design documentation (data flow diagrams, workflows) • Provide systems analysis expertise focusing on gap identification • Improve systems and operational workflows by studying current practices and designing modifications/enhancements • Help identify control points in new systems designs and workflows • Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems • Provide ongoing support structure before production readiness
