Role Description The Portfolio Lead is responsible for managing a complex, high-impact portfolio across Central & South Asia, serving as a strategic leader to drive growth, performance, and expansion within the region. This role will assess and prioritize demand aligned with organizational goals, while ensuring strong portfolio health and execution discipline. The Portfolio Lead will act as a key stakeholder in planning and reporting processes, while also serving as the first point of escalation to remove delivery barriers. What you'll do - Strategic Account Planning & Portfolio Management - Lead portfolio planning and execution, ensuring delivery against financial targets, performance objectives, and key milestones. - Oversee the full partner account lifecycle, ensuring adoption of global frameworks, tools, and best practices across: - Partnership design - Solution development - Field monitoring and reporting - Monitor and drive portfolio health, identifying risks and opportunities across markets. - Business Development & Partner Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers across partner institutions. - Drive sustainable growth across new and existing accounts in the region. - Identify and develop partnerships with: - Banks and microfinance institutions (MFIs) - MSME / SME-focused financial institutions - Organizations expanding access to finance, including water and sanitation solutions. - Expand regional footprint by identifying new market opportunities and partnership models. - Business Metrics & Reporting - Deliver timely, accurate reporting on portfolio performance, including: - Financial performance and growth metrics - Impact delivery progress - Funding utilization and forecasts - Provide insights to senior stakeholders to inform strategy and decision-making. Qualifications - 10+ years of progressive experience in: - Banking, microfinance (MFI), or financial services - Credit, lending, or portfolio management (SME / MSME focus strongly preferred) - Proven experience in: - Business development and account growth - Managing complex financial portfolios - Partnering with banks, MFIs, or financial institutions - Regional experience across multiple markets (Central & South Asia strongly preferred) - Strong understanding of: - MSME/SME lending and credit environments - Risk and portfolio management frameworks - Fluency in both English and Russian, with the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in a professional environment. - Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and navigating relationship-driven environments. • Partner with the CEO and executive team on capital allocation, pricing strategy, and the financial narrative for our next chapter. • Own investor relations, board reporting, and end-to-end support of fundraising processes. • Own our core B2B SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, payback) as live operating metrics. • Partner closely with GTM leadership on pricing, packaging, commission design, and commercial deal economics. • Lead FP&A and the annual planning cycle. • Build the models, dashboards, and forecasts the business actually runs on. • Drive Rule of 40 posture, burn multiples, and efficient growth planning across the executive team. • Lead financial diligence, build-vs-buy modeling, valuation work, and post-deal integration finance for inorganic growth opportunities and partnership structures. • Lead, mentor, and scale the existing finance team. • Hold full P&L accountability, budgeting, and cash flow management. • Own SaaS revenue recognition policy across multi-year, ramp, and usage-based deals.

• partner with operational and finance teams throughout Aramark’s organization to support the objectives of the finance department for LifeWorks • assist operating departments with forecasting, budget, planning, financial analysis and reporting • oversee operational finance controls for labor and inventory • consolidate, analyze, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results • support assigned region and line of business actuals and forecast process with analysis and ad hoc reporting as required • build and maintain regional templates and reports to facilitate monthly and quarterly reporting • provide analysis and assist in the preparation of financial presentations for senior leadership meetings • support annual planning process and long-term strategic planning process • create insightful and dynamic reporting using Aramark supplied software • drive key initiatives in support of financial objectives relating to revenue, profit and cash flow • engage on special projects supporting enterprise-wide initiatives as needed

• Design, build, and maintain complex, dynamic financial models that integrate operational, financial, and market drivers • Develop driver-based and predictive models to improve forecast accuracy and strategic insight • Build and maintain integration and synergy tracking models for acquired businesses • Deliver executive-level reporting packages, synthesizing complex financial data into actionable insights • Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior operational leaders on financial and operational decisions • Enhance FP&A tools and platforms to support advanced modeling and analytics (e.g. Adaptive)
