Data Analyst
SUMMUS
• Excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and challenging environment • Work across various facets of our business, including clinical outcomes, operational objectives, marketing and sales needs • Understand and deploy creative solutions to support Summus leadership in reporting outcomes and strategic business decisions • Design methods and utilize tools required for data capture and reporting • Collaborate with team members across disciplines • Work closely with the leadership team to further develop data strategy with ongoing iteration • Work collaboratively to identify and implement data strategies prior to the roll out of new products and service offerings • Create enhancements to our technology platform and online experience in concert with our Engineering team • Manage relationships with vendors involved in the Summus data strategy • Collaborate with Member Experience on member engagement and strategic account plans • Work with stakeholders across Commercial, Member Experience, Client Success, and other internal stakeholders to deliver on project needs to maximize commercial outcomes with employer and individual clients
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, with a focus specifically in data analytics
- Strong SQL and Python skills, experience with AI is a plus
- Strong interest in the power of data and metrics for informing clinical and administrative operations in developing a successful business that impacts health outcomes
- Desire to understand and contribute to product marketing, sales and technology
- Superior communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- High emotional quotient and comfort dealing with health related topics
- Ability to work responsibly, both independently and collaboratively as needs warrant in a fast-paced environment
- Impeccable attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Receptive to close coaching and feedback
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Background in healthcare a plus, but not required
