Manager – Cost Efficiency

• Lead projects for our clients • Lead the most complex projects within the offering, managing schedule, risks and resources • Maintain a trusted relationship with our clients and identify potential follow-up opportunities • Share your convictions and leverage your expertise to guide clients • Ensure the quality of our deliverables • Mentor and manage our team members and support their professional development • Define strategy and drive the development of the offering • Analyze our market positioning and define the target positioning for Wavestone • Determine the development strategy for the offering, aligned with market evolution and in collaboration with our experts and management • Conduct strategic market intelligence: key players and long-term trends • Identify possible synergies with the firm’s technology, sector or functional practices and determine the resources required to develop the offering • Manage the offering’s performance, both on the business side (prospecting, pre-sales, revenue) and operational side (smooth execution of engagements, client satisfaction, etc.) • Drive business development • Define the business development plan in coordination with sales teams and sparring partners for our key accounts • Identify new opportunities and lead pre-sales meetings • Lead responses to RFPs, leveraging your expertise to make a difference • Support international offices in their local development on these topics • Act as a Thought Leader: raise Wavestone’s profile on the offering topic through speaking at client or partner events and on social media

Job Requirements

  • You have developed extensive professional experience in consulting on IT cost management topics
  • You have led major projects on these topics within large, complex organizations
  • You have a track record of success in business development and/or sales
  • You are able to unite and upskill our team members around initiatives
  • You are fluent in English in a professional context
  • You are willing to travel within Europe and internationally for business
