• Lead projects for our clients • Manage the most complex projects within the offering, overseeing schedules, risks and resources • Build and maintain trusted client relationships and identify follow-on or adjacent opportunities • Share your convictions and leverage your expertise to advise clients • Ensure the quality commitment of our deliverables • Supervise and coach our consultants to develop their skills • Define the strategy and drive the development of the offering • Analyze our market positioning and define the target for Wavestone • Set the offering development strategy in line with market evolution and in collaboration with our experts and leadership • Conduct strategic monitoring: key market players and underlying trends • Identify potential synergies with the firm’s technological, sectoral or functional practices and determine the resources required to grow the offering • Monitor the offering’s performance, both on the business side (prospecting, pre-sales, revenue) and operational side (smooth execution of engagements, client satisfaction) • Energize commercial development • Define the commercial development plan in coordination with sales teams and sparring partners for our key accounts • Identify new opportunities and lead pre-sales meetings • Lead responses to RFPs, drawing on your expertise to differentiate our proposals • Support international offices in their local development on these topics • Act as a Thought Leader: amplify Wavestone’s brand on the offering topic through client and partner events, social media and other channels

- You have developed extensive professional experience in consulting on organizational issues and Operating Models
- You have led major projects on these topics within large, complex organizations
- You have a track record of commercial development and/or sales success
- You can unite and upskill our consultants around initiatives
- You are fluent in English for professional activities
