Security GRC & Customer Trust Automation Intern
Sprinklr
• Assist in automating GRC and Customer Trust workflows (customer RFPs, questionnaires, evidence collection, issue tracking, audit readiness, and customer assurance). • Help design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and KPIs (audits, vendor risk, customer requests, remediation tracking, SLA performance). • Support data reconciliation and reporting across systems (e.g., GRC tools, Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal trackers) to improve accuracy and consistency. • Build lightweight automation using scripts, workflows, or low-code tools to reduce manual effort and improve scalability. • Document processes and create repeatable, well-defined workflows that can be scaled across the team-defined workflows. • Assist with Customer Trust reporting, including preparation of metrics and artefacts used in customer audits, questionnaires, and executive updates. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into practical automation or reporting solutions.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, Security, or a related field
- Strong interest in automation, data analysis, and process improvement
- Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivots); SQL and Python is a plus
- Familiarity with scripting or low-code /workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, Apps Script, Zapier, Jira/Confluence automations) is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to document processes clearly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment with reliable time-zone overlap
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) for data analysis, visualization, documentation, or workflow automation, with an understanding of responsible use of sensitive information.
- Interest in security, compliance, risk, or customer trust (prior experience not required)
