Role Description This is a remote position. We are seeking an experienced Field Technical Manager to lead, strengthen, and continuously improve our quality assurance and quality control programs across Canada. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for establishing best practices, documenting standardized QA/QC processes, training teams, and ensuring consistent execution across all branches. The ideal candidate combines deep technical flooring expertise with strong people leadership and thrives in both field and strategic environments. This role requires regular travel across Canada to support branches, oversee implementation, coach teams, and drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities - Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of company-wide installation processes - Establish best practices for industrial and commercial flooring systems and ensure consistent application across all branches - Create, maintain, and continuously improve the crew's knowledge, standards, and technical guidelines - Train, mentor, and support field teams, supervisors, and managers to ensure adherence to standards - Conduct site visits, audits, and technical assessments across Canada - Work closely with operations, project managers, and field crews to proactively identify and resolve quality issues - Act as a technical authority for flooring systems, installations, and failure analysis - Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment - Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, safety, and workmanship - Support new products, systems, and technologies through evaluation, testing, and team training Qualifications - Minimum 5+ years of hands-on field experience in industrial and commercial flooring - Strong technical knowledge of multiple flooring systems, including: - Epoxy flooring systems - Urethane and polyaspartic systems - Polished concrete - Other resinous and specialty flooring technologies - Proven experience leading, training, and developing teams in the field - Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and create a positive work environment - Solid understanding of installation best practices, work orders, and process improvement - Comfortable working in both field and office environments - Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills - Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Canada - French language skills are an asset What We’re Looking For - A technical leader who leads by example - Someone passionate about quality, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement - A professional who balances technical expertise with people leadership - A candidate who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and raising standards across teams Benefits - National impact with the ability to shape and elevate QA/QC standards company-wide - Opportunity to work with experienced professionals in a collaborative environment - A role where your expertise directly influences quality, growth, and long-term success - Competitive compensation and growth opportunities

• Complete installations, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on assigned instruments to ensure optimal performance and compliance with quality standards. • Diagnose technical problems across multiple complex instruments, document resolutions accurately, and close service calls within defined timelines. • Manage customer issues from start to resolution or escalation, deliver superior service, and build strong relationships through proactive communication. • Plan and prioritize service visits, maintain accurate inventory, and support on-call rotation, after-hour coverage, and travel for training or critical account support. • Follow all regulatory, quality system, and laboratory safety guidelines during service activities; maintain accurate documentation for audits. • Partner with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and provide guidance to other Field Service Representatives to strengthen team capability. • Meet targets for service sales, cost of service, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts. • Utilize remote support tools to maximize instrument uptime and maintain certifications through ongoing training and development.
• Act as the service representative for individual clients. • Participate in the on-call work schedule. • Perform preventive maintenance. • Be responsible for customer satisfaction. • Maintain and manage equipment and parts to address service requests in a timely manner. • Keep inventory up to date. • Diligently and professionally perform installations, repairs, required modifications, and assigned tasks on equipment at client sites as needed; this may include performing work outside normal hours on a rotating on-call schedule. • Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe, and act lawfully, safely, and courteously while traveling to and from client sites. • Meet all administrative and reporting requirements, including mandatory training. • Occasionally transport packages to courier drop-off locations or directly to the airport in emergencies or after courier pickup hours. • Participate in coordinating trade-show or sales demonstration events as required. • Assist the sales team as a service representative for negotiations and banner programs at the head office and chain level, providing support for periodic equipment performance verification. • Foster a culture of excellence and a customer-focused service relationship.

• You will be servicing AX/XP/MR/CT Imaging Equipment in the Tulsa, OK area. • You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare systems at customer sites with minimal supervision. • You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. • You will manage financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management. • Ensure that all tool and test equipment expiration dates are managed, and that no overdue calibration test equipment is used or maintained in the field and usage of tool and test is documented on eFSR. • You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc. • Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately. • Provides mentoring to other CSE’s on all competencies and responsibilities.
• Perform onsite installation, basic repairs, preventive maintenance, calibrations, updates, and operational qualifications on analytical and laboratory instrumentation • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, vacuum, software, and networking-related issues with support from senior engineers and technical support when needed • Respond to customer service requests in a timely and professional manner • Document all service activities, repairs, parts usage, and customer interactions within company service systems • Maintain regular communication with customers regarding service schedules, system status, and repair updates • Support customer operator training on instrument operation, maintenance, and best practices • Assist senior Field Service Engineers during complex installations, escalations, and large customer projects • Manage and maintain assigned company tools, test equipment, service inventory, and car stock • Travel daily within assigned territory to customer laboratories, research facilities, manufacturing sites, and universities • Participate in technical training programs, certifications, and self-study to build product knowledge and technical competency • Collaborate with Technical Support, Applications, Sales, Engineering, and fellow service engineers to resolve customer issues • Follow all company safety procedures and laboratory compliance requirements while working with high-voltage systems, chemicals, and scientific equipment • Support flexible scheduling and occasional emergency service coverage based on customer and business needs • Perform additional duties as assigned
