Senior Digital Platform Manager

• Manage assigned digital platforms, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and lifecycle planning. • Conduct ROI analysis, market research, and business case development for platform enhancements. • Identify opportunities to improve client experience through digital solutions; Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to support campaigns and training that drive platform adoption. • Partner with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of platform initiatives. • Support vendor relationships and contribute to contract reviews and roadmap alignment for assigned platforms. • Monitor platform performance metrics and user feedback to inform enhancements. • Report findings and performance to key stakeholders. • Track KPIs and report on progress toward strategic goals. • Recommend and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and reduce friction in digital experiences. • Develop, publish, and maintain product documentation, training materials, and supporting artifacts. • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned platforms. • Ensure platform initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies; Partner with Risk and Compliance teams to assess and mitigate risks. • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, including AI, to identify future opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field OR an associate degree/two years of college + two (2) years of related work/military experience ‐ OR four (4) years of related work/military experience (plus any additional required experience)
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in product management, project management, business analysis, project coordination, operations, or related roles
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Agile (e.g., Certified Product Owner, Scaled Agile Framework, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
