• Designs, engineers, and implements cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions for TSA • Translates enterprise architecture guidance and TSA mission requirements into detailed infrastructure designs • Produces comprehensive implementation documentation • Executes cloud migration, modernization, and optimization projects • Designs cloud landing zones, network architectures, and identity and access management configurations aligned with DHS Zero Trust principles • Supports integration of cloud platforms with TSA’s on-premises systems and third-party services • Performs infrastructure-as-code development using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Leads pre-production validation of cloud environments • Supports 14-day operational testing periods post-transition • Contributes to cloud cost optimization and rightsizing assessments • Provides technical input to lifecycle replacement strategies for infrastructure components

• Evolve our cloud infrastructure (AWS & GCP) using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible. • Implement systems that support the compute-heavy and storage-intensive needs of machine learning and data processing pipelines. • Manage scalable, secure, and cost-efficient environments across dev, staging, and production. • Participate in an on-call rotation. • Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize models and manage workflows across training, testing, and deployment stages. • Implement infrastructure to support versioning, orchestration, and monitoring of ML models in production (e.g. using tools like Kubeflow, SageMaker, VertexAI, or custom pipelines). • Optimize data pipelines and model serving infrastructure for low-latency and high-throughput performance. • Drive the strategy for observability, logging, and alerting across distributed systems. • Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and system hardening for long-term resiliency. • Implement best practices for infrastructure security, container hardening, and network architecture. • Partner with engineering teams to bake DevOps best practices into the development lifecycle. • Build tooling and automation that improves developer velocity, release stability, and system transparency.

• As a Cloud Infrastructure Architect at Quantiphi, you will be instrumental in our Platform Engineering team, leading the delivery of advanced solutions in Application Development, Platform Engineering, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Machine Learning for our clients. • This role requires experience in workload migration from on-premise datacenter environments to AWS, enabling clients to leverage the full potential of cloud capabilities.

• Manage projects and tasks, as assigned, including: Tool replacement and upgrades, Maintain accurate data set in tools, Deploying new networks, Integrating tools and authentication methods, Hardware upgrades and replacements, Creating and updating documentation • Perform network/systems support in a Managed Services Center environment • Troubleshoot, isolate, and diagnose common problems network/systems problems, either alone or as part of a team • Resolve and manage problems effectively and immediately • Work in a team environment 7x24x365 with the ability to function independently and discretely during rotating shift work • Provide systems support functions for client end systems, including design, development, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem resolution. Follow-through until problems are resolved. • Focus on building your own high-level technical skills including building a strength in coding and automation techniques • Ability to work overnight shifts on a weekly rotating schedule • Ability to work remotely and still provide a professional communication experience
