Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect
DMI (Digital Management, LLC)
• Designs, engineers, and implements cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions for TSA • Translates enterprise architecture guidance and TSA mission requirements into detailed infrastructure designs • Produces comprehensive implementation documentation • Executes cloud migration, modernization, and optimization projects • Designs cloud landing zones, network architectures, and identity and access management configurations aligned with DHS Zero Trust principles • Supports integration of cloud platforms with TSA’s on-premises systems and third-party services • Performs infrastructure-as-code development using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation • Leads pre-production validation of cloud environments • Supports 14-day operational testing periods post-transition • Contributes to cloud cost optimization and rightsizing assessments • Provides technical input to lifecycle replacement strategies for infrastructure components
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 6 years of cloud infrastructure experience is required
- Hands-on expertise in AWS and/or Azure infrastructure services
- Cloud networking, IAM, and DevOps tooling
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Experience with FedRAMP-authorized cloud environments and federal infrastructure engineering standards is valued
- All candidates must be U.S. citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents capable of obtaining TSA fitness determination
- Must be available to support after-hours deployment activities in TSA’s 24x7x365 operational environment

• Manage projects and tasks, as assigned, including: Tool replacement and upgrades, Maintain accurate data set in tools, Deploying new networks, Integrating tools and authentication methods, Hardware upgrades and replacements, Creating and updating documentation • Perform network/systems support in a Managed Services Center environment • Troubleshoot, isolate, and diagnose common problems network/systems problems, either alone or as part of a team • Resolve and manage problems effectively and immediately • Work in a team environment 7x24x365 with the ability to function independently and discretely during rotating shift work • Provide systems support functions for client end systems, including design, development, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem resolution. • Ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards • Assist customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments • Lead and become a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning • Complete deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs) • Integrate new systems into existing network architecture • Manage customer support tickets to assist with technical issues • Proactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment • Maintain and enhance communication between all go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations
