Epic HB Resolute Claim & Remittance Coordinator
Froedtert
Role Description The Epic Resolute Application Coordinator is responsible for the overall design, build and implementation of the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and Claims & Remittance application module. The Application Coordinator is responsible for working with the project leadership team and the Patient Financial Services (PFS) operational leadership team regarding scope, integration, and design decisions for Hospital Billing and/or Claims and Remittance workflows. The incumbent must be very knowledgeable in the technical and functional aspects of the Epic Resolute Hospital Billing application and take a lead role in identifying and resolving operational and technical system issues which have an enterprise-wide impact on the project. The incumbent must also be very knowledgeable about standard billing regulations set forth by Medicare and other government entities, the National Uniform Billing Committee and contracted managed care plans. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital revenue cycle or IT role directly impacting hospital billing related services is required. - Knowledge of revenue cycle business functions and hospital claims or IT support of revenue cycle and hospital billing at a level normally obtained through completion of a Bachelor's degree, but obtained through relevant work experience in a healthcare setting is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. - Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administrator, or Hospital Claims & Remittance certification is required. Requirements - Knowledgeable (technically and functionally) in Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Administration Epic Resolute Hospital Billing Claims & Remittance. - Demonstrated module design and implementation skills. - Strong process design experience. - Ability to lead meetings, prioritize, resolve conflicts and maintain issues lists. - Effective oral and written communication. Strong time management skills. - Experience using Microsoft Office applications. - Strong customer service skills. - Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to probe for information in order to fully understand the underlying needs that drive how the system should be built. - Strong Project Management skills. Benefits - Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $34.82 - $59.56. • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for pension products (PGBL, VGBL) and related processes. • Act as a liaison between business, actuarial, legal/regulatory, and IT teams, translating needs into functional specifications and user stories. • Map and redesign processes (onboarding, contributions, portability, surrenders, benefits) to improve efficiency and ensure compliance. • Support system evolution and integration projects, participating in UAT and acceptance testing. • Ensure adherence to SUSEP regulations and monitor regulatory changes that affect the products. • Produce analyses and metrics to support the area’s decision-making.
