• Lead end-to-end project management for complex, multi-workstream engagements • Serve as a senior client-facing leader, providing strategic guidance, project oversight, and communication for senior leaders • Manage cross-functional stakeholders including pharmaceutical clients, vendors, internal SMEs, and executive sponsors • Establish and scale a centralized Project Management Office (PMO) within Stratis Group • Mentor and develop Senior / Junior Engagement Managers and Project Managers
Job Requirements
- 20 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical consulting, with hands-on expertise in project management and program delivery
- Demonstrated success leading complex client delivery projects, including product launches, transitions, or large-scale transformations
- Deep understanding of Market Access, including patient support programs, HUB services, and access/reimbursement models
- Experience in rare disease, specialty pharma, or cell & gene therapy strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build and operationalize PMO functions or enterprise project frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior client executives
- Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and privacy considerations in pharmaceutical services
- Expertise in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet or the like) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models)
- Experience with leading and mentoring junior team members on PMO best practices.

Role Description Burrow Global is seeking a highly experienced and credentialed Senior Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead a water, wastewater, and utilities capital infrastructure project in the Detroit, MI area. The ideal candidate will bring two decades of expertise in engineering design and construction management, providing strategic leadership from initial concept through final commissioning. This role requires deep technical acumen, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering complex municipal infrastructure. Remote Candidates not currently living in the Detroit area that meet the position requirements will be considered. Per Diem is available to help with travel and housing. Key Responsibilities - Project Leadership: Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale water, wastewater, and utility capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to technical specifications. - Engineering & Design: Lead and review engineering designs, feasibility studies, and technical specifications for pumping stations, treatment plants, distribution networks, and collection systems. - Construction Management: Manage construction phases, including contractor selection, change orders, site inspections, and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC). - Stakeholder & Municipal Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison with municipal clients, regulatory agencies, and community stakeholders. - Financial & Risk Management: Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, civil or architectural Engineering. - Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in engineering design and construction management for complex infrastructure projects. - Proven track record specifically managing water, wastewater, and public utilities capital projects. - Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Michigan (or immediate reciprocity). - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Preferred Qualifications - Extensive experience working on municipal infrastructure projects within the City of Detroit or the surrounding Metro Detroit area. - Established relationships with local regulatory bodies, such as GLWA (Great Lakes Water Authority) or EGLE (Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy). • Play a key role in driving the successful implementation of EPI across the market • Act as the bridge between the acquirers and the EPI organization, design a tailored implementation plan and ensure seamless coordination among all stakeholders till the go live • Through regular engagement with individual members and the broader ecosystem, foster collaboration, share best practices, and build momentum • Be the go-to person for aligning efforts, solving challenges, and maintaining a 360° view of progress, making you the internal champion for EPI members and a vital contributor to bringing the vision to life • Support new members through onboarding, co-design their EPI implementation plan, and set up appropriate project governance • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the plan • Act as the central liaison between the EPI member and the EPI organization, ensuring timely deployment by guiding the member's project manager • Manage all dimensions of the implementation (tech, legal, branding, marketing, product) and facilitate sessions to resolve product, rules, and technical challenges • Lead and prepare the steerco's together with the member's project manager • Track and report KPIs, identify risks and mitigation strategies, and provide clear, actionable reporting to stakeholders • Contribute to the further fine-tuning of the EPI implementation approach together with your fellow implementation managers
