Role Description As Marketing Manager, you will support the "what" and the "why" of the Get Blue campaign. You will partner directly with your counterpart, the Marketing Operations Manager (who owns the "how" and the execution), to form a powerhouse duo. Together, with the Head of Get Blue, you will manage creative agencies, direct cross-channel strategies, and build co-marketing campaigns with some of the world's largest brands. This is a highly visible, strategic role for a marketer who understands how to tap into cultural moments, craft compelling stories, and build winning marketing campaigns with massive corporate partners. What You’ll do - Brand Strategy & Campaign Development - Partner with the Head of Get Blue to define campaign strategy and creative direction, translating fundraising and awareness goals into clear, compelling briefs. - Lead the development of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across social, paid, PR, and creator platforms. - Bring a strong storytelling lens to all work, ensuring the human impact of water access remains central to campaign narratives. - Integrated & Partner Marketing - Lead marketing strategy for co-branded campaigns with major corporate partners, embedding giving into consumer experiences across retail, e-commerce, media, and digital channels. - Develop and execute go-to-market plans across social, influencer, paid media, and PR. - Identify opportunities to expand reach through partner activations and brand collaborations, and support partnership pitches with creative concepts and campaign frameworks. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner closely with internal teams to bring campaigns to market efficiently and effectively. - Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality creative and integrated media strategies. - Ensure alignment with broader marketing efforts to maintain brand consistency and maximize amplification. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, communications, or a related field. - 7+ years of progressive experience in brand, integrated, or partner marketing, with a track record of launching multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. - Experience developing and managing co-marketing campaigns with major corporate partners, including writing creative briefs and leading external agency relationships. - Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to bring ideas to life for diverse audiences. - Proficiency in English (written and verbal) and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Requirements - Up to 25% of domestic and international travel. - Being authorized to work in the country posted is a precondition of employment. Benefits - This position offers a base salary range of $105,000 - $120,000. Base salary may be flexible based on skills, certifications, location and/or qualifications. - This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan up to 15%. - This position offers full-time benefits inclusive of medical/dental insurance, life and disability insurance, retirement program, paid time off, paid holidays and more. - Periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $104,000 -- $201,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience.
