• Act as the primary technical contact throughout the customer engagement process. • Work closely with customers to understand operational challenges and identify suitable technical solutions. • Develop system configurations and technical solutions to meet customer requirements. • Support site integration activities and advise customers on implementing complex energy systems. • Collaborate with engineering teams to define system architecture, scope of supply, and technical solutions. • Lead customer meetings, technical workshops, site visits, and product demonstrations. • Develop technical proposals, application studies, and supporting documentation. • Provide technical support during bid, tender, and due diligence activities. • Support project handover into engineering, manufacturing, and deployment teams. • Represent the business at industry conferences, exhibitions, and customer events.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Applications Engineering, Technical Sales, Systems Engineering, or Technical Solutions roles.
- Experience with hydrogen, fuel cells, electrolysers, industrial gases, or related energy technologies.
- Capability of supporting the integration, deployment, or application of complex engineered products or systems.
- Experience in developing technical solutions, system configurations, application studies, or FEED-stage engineering work.
- Experience in working directly with customers to solve technical challenges and support system implementation.
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Knowledge in thermodynamics, process systems, gas handling, or industrial energy systems.
- Experience collaborating with EPC contractors, engineering consultancies, OEMs, or industrial technology businesses.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across engineering, commercial, and project delivery teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly throughout the UK and Europe.

Role Description The Quality Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with current Good Practices (GxP) for applicable GxP systems, including document management (EDMS), training (LMS), and the electronic quality management system (eQMS). This role will coordinate and execute document management activities in an effective and compliant manner. This role will also provide training and maintain training compliance of all applicable stakeholders that impact clinical and commercialization activities. Additionally, this role will collaborate with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment of quality standards and the timely execution of all deliverables. The individual will possess a strong hands-on expertise in GxP quality systems and operations within the biotech industry.
