Role Description The Network Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for leading a small team of network engineers, developing and implementing strategies to ensure Vetcor’s network is able to support the needs of the business. This position requires a professional with extensive experience in network technologies and procedures. The Network Infrastructure Manager will work closely with IT, Security, Legal, and other departments. This role is accountable for network architecture, operational outcomes, and standards, while delegating hands-on implementation to engineers, vendors, and service providers. - Own the enterprise network architecture, including LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, wireless, firewall, and cloud connectivity designs - Define and approve reference architectures, configuration standards, and technology roadmaps - Ensure network architecture supports security, compliance, performance, and scalability requirements - Lead a team of network engineers to ensure the integrity of Vetcor’s network infrastructure - Develop and implement a network strategy that aligns with Vetcor’s goals and objectives - Manage partners to deploy standardized network devices throughout the enterprise - Provide leadership and direction on all network related matters - Oversee day-to-day network operations, including monitoring, incident response, change execution, and vendor coordination - Ensure root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and trend reporting are completed for network incidents - Establish and enforce on-call, escalation, and after-hours support models - Develop and maintain network policies and procedures - Ensure accurate and current network documentation, including diagrams, configuration templates, and standard operating procedures - Own the network Standard Operating Manual (SOM) and change/configuration standards - Ensure secure lifecycle management of network hardware, including decommissioning and disposal - Manage vendors and service providers across design, procurement, implementation, and support - Review and approve vendor network designs, quotes, and implementation plans - Ensure vendor solutions align with internal architecture and security standards - Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and other departments to address network needs and concerns - Communicate network updates, policies, and procedures to all employees - Serve as the primary point of contact for network related matters Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Architect and deploy scalable and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure on AWS • Design infrastructure that is automated, observable, and secure by default • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform with a strong emphasis on modularity and reusability • Leverage Kubernetes and Docker to manage containerized, distributed systems at scale • Implement intelligent monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation workflows • Integrate AI/ML-driven insights into infrastructure operations (predictive scaling, anomaly detection, log intelligence) • Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines with automation-first and security-first principles • Reduce operational overhead through scripting, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted tooling • Collaborate closely with Security to embed DevSecOps and policy-as-code practices • Evaluate architectural decisions through the lens of scalability, cost optimization, and risk mitigation • Participate in incident response and lead root cause analysis with a focus on automation to prevent recurrence • Proactively communicate technical risks and propose forward-looking infrastructure improvements

• Design and execute the technical strategy for integrating the Epistemix platform into client environments. • Leverage Terraform, Kubernetes and Docker across client environments, ensuring security and repeatability with a primary focus on AWS and data connections like Snowflake and Databricks. • Interface with client IT organization to understand infrastructure environment and provide architectural guidance during implementation. • Ensure all client-side integration and deployment methods are designed to meet rigorous standards, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001, HIPAA. • Work with client IT organizations to set deployments in complex settings, including public cloud (AWS/GCP), private cloud, and traditional on-premises/dedicated application environments. • Develop and use custom automation tooling (Python is a must) to streamline deployment processes, integrating with client-side identity and access management (e.g., OAuth2/OIDC).
