Infrastructure Developer, Cloud
Qohash
• Architect and deploy scalable and fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure on AWS • Design infrastructure that is automated, observable, and secure by default • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform with a strong emphasis on modularity and reusability • Leverage Kubernetes and Docker to manage containerized, distributed systems at scale • Implement intelligent monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation workflows • Integrate AI/ML-driven insights into infrastructure operations (predictive scaling, anomaly detection, log intelligence) • Continuously improve CI/CD pipelines with automation-first and security-first principles • Reduce operational overhead through scripting, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted tooling • Collaborate closely with Security to embed DevSecOps and policy-as-code practices • Evaluate architectural decisions through the lens of scalability, cost optimization, and risk mitigation • Participate in incident response and lead root cause analysis with a focus on automation to prevent recurrence • Proactively communicate technical risks and propose forward-looking infrastructure improvements
Job Requirements
- Strong alignment with Qohash’s core values and experience thriving in high-growth or startup environments
- Candidates must reside in Quebec or Ontario
- 4+ years of experience working with Infrastructure as Code in AWS cloud production environments (Terraform, Kubernetes)
- Experience designing highly automated CI/CD pipelines
- Experience implementing observability solutions
- Experience reducing manual operational overhead through automation using scripting or programming language (e.g., Python, Bash or similar)
- Ability to communicate complex infrastructure risks to cross-functional stakeholders.

Role Description Au sein de la section processus, outils et méthodes des achats (SPOMA) du BSGPA, le titulaire du poste sera amené à : - Capitaliser et maintenir la compétence du SID en termes d’achat responsables par notamment l’élaboration d’outils méthodologiques et d’une expertise juridique au profit du réseau. - Assister le chef de section auprès des interlocuteurs du MinArm et extérieurs sur les sujets de l’achat responsable. - Assurer la diffusion et l’actualisation de l’information dans le domaine des achats responsables. - Déterminer le plan d’action achats responsables pour le SID, avec des échéances, des actions concrètes et des indicateurs de suivi. - Former les acteurs de la chaîne achat à l’achat responsable. - Participer aux groupes de travaux ministériels et interministériels dans le domaine des achats responsables. - Capitaliser et maintenir la compétence du SID en termes d’innovation par, notamment, l’élaboration d’outils méthodologiques et d’une expertise juridique au profit du réseau. - Capitaliser et maintenir la compétence du SID sur la politique ministérielle en faveur des PME. - Développer l’ensemble des sujets relatifs aux achats responsables, PME et innovation auprès des SID-R, SID-EPN et DID, en réalisant une stratégie de communication et un accompagnement adapté des différents acteurs.
