Regional Loan Officer
ACOM Capital
• Take full ownership of sales by personally sourcing & funding $2-3+ Million in closed loans per month. • Build direct to sponsor and broker relationships, prospect for new business opportunities, and develop connections with key industry players to create a steady pipeline of loans. • Use your industry knowledge to structure and originate a range of loan products, from $30MM guidance lines to $15MM projects and competitive pricing. • Be the driving force behind every deal, from initial outreach to loan structuring, underwriting, approval, and closing. • Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth and timely loan processing. • Educate business partners, referral sources, brokers, and investors on the Lima One value proposition, and become a trusted advisor in your markets for all things real estate investment property finance. • Strengthen your presence in the real estate investor community by speaking at industry events, leading roundtable discussions, and building strong partnerships.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Active current NMLS license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Book of Business or Investor Network that compliments Lima One’s loan product suite of Fix and Flip, New Construction, Rental Property (DSCR), and Bridge loans
- 2+ years’ experience in the Private Lending industry (FNF, Bridge, New Construction and/or Perm Debt) in single family and multifamily asset classes
- Understanding of the real estate investment property industry and ability to effectively communicate how the Lima One product set can help our clients grow and prosper
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to creatively source and develop new business

• Ensure all flow loan boarding is completed in a timely manner. • Confirm all wires are received before flow loan boarding can be completed. • Maintain reporting for daily flow loan boarding. • Extensive communication with Subservicing Clients and internal department personnel to ensure client issues and boarding rejections are resolved. • Maintain data mapping as needed for flow loan boarding. • Track due dates and maintain task updates with most current completion dates as they relate to flow loan boarding and data mapping. • Participate in Core Team meetings to provide status reports to and discuss potential client issues with Servbank Management. • Assist and/or handle related flow boarding issues such as research, audit and comparison of data. • Complete miscellaneous duties and assist with special projects assigned by senior management.
• Develop and implement cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion • Coordinate resource utilization and ensure work conflicts are resolved between subcontractors • Oversee performance to ensure all work complies with specifications and regulations • Provide on-site supervision • Assist foremen and crews with field events and repairs as needed and be available for extended on-site support • Assist crews with quality control and efficiency planning • Document project progress with detailed reports, notes, and photos • Maintain clear communication with project owners, architects, and the office regarding any issues or modifications • Help maintain accurate crews time for budget and payroll purposes • Attend pre-bid, pre-construction, and project progression meetings • Conduct site inspections, including reviewing asphalt conditions, and communicate with the General Contractor or Owner as necessary
